Waffle House is known for its 24 hour service 365 days a year. This includes in hazardous weather conditions. To honor out associates, I had the privilege to design a high quality, metal coin for associates who worked during a storm in 2025.
The face of this coin is inspired by our hardworking associates in Operations. A secondary theme is the iconic "America's Place to Work" and "America's Place to Eat" slogans.
The backside of this coin highlights the traits of out associates and all of the different weather conditions they work through such as snow, tornadoes, hurricanes, thunderstorms, or high winds.
